Job summary

CloudFactory is seeking a Construction Reality Capture Technician to operate 360° cameras on large-scale construction sites around Turkey, TX. You will capture detailed progress data for AI-driven analysis, requiring precision, consistency, and reliability in all tasks.

The role demands long outdoor days with strict safety protocols, PPE compliance, and a fixed schedule. OSHA 10 certification or completion before start is mandatory, with reimbursement for training.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is required or commitment to completing it before start date (reimbursement available).
• Must be physically able to walk long hours outdoors in varying weather.
• Proven reliability and safety-first mindset are essential.
• Clear, proactive communication to flag problems early.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360° cameras to document construction sites.
• Follow a strict capture brief with prescribed angles and sequencing.
• Walk the full site each capture day, often 20,000+ steps on uneven terrain.
• Wear full PPE at all times: hard hat, steel-toed boots, high-vis vest.
• Communicate daily progress and safety issues to the Project Team.
• Adapt quickly to site-specific safety protocols and client requirements.
• Handle and maintain equipment responsibly.
