You will plan, schedule, and coordinate resources, while interfacing with customers, engineers, and supervisors to ensure timely, safe project execution. The position emphasizes strong safety practices, documentation, and the ability to travel to various sites for assessments and storm-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of NESC and NEC codes and safety standards.
• Experience with construction/maintenance practices and resource planning.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, and procedures.
• Strong professional communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Distribution Line Operations by pre inspecting jobs for readiness.
• Plan and schedule activities, manage work queue, and coordinate resources.
• Visit sites to confirm job readiness and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Utilize safety checklists to identify and mitigate exposures on site.
• Assist with storm restoration efforts and emergency responses as needed.
• Coordinate with planners to establish start and completion dates.
• Prepare technical reports and metrics to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain updates on backlog, progress, and section productivity.
