Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Field Readiness Coach in Riverside, CA. This in-person role guides new Behavior Interventionists from day one through field clearance, delivering coaching, onboarding, and competency checks.

You will run 2 PM–8 PM shifts, 30 hours per week, with in-center and field-based work. The role emphasizes mentorship, training delivery, and collaborative readiness decisions to ensure client-ready staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, school services, or related field preferred.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or delivering training to others preferred.
• Ability to facilitate small groups or trainings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching and support to new hires.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new hires, including role plays and competency opportunities.
• Conduct Crisis Prevention trainings as needed.
• Evaluate readiness through mock sessions and competency checks.
• Document skill progression and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with Field Readiness Manager to support cohort health.
