Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Field Readiness Coach to guide new Behavior Interventionists from day one through clearance to the field.

This in-person role is based in Riverside, CA, with 30 hours per week and a starting pay of $24/hour, supporting two service lines: School Services and Behavioral Health. You will coach, mentor, and evaluate trainees, ensuring practical readiness through mock sessions, coursework, and structured feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field required.
• Preferred experience in ABA, school services, or related field.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or training others.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in-person with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching and feedback to new hires.
• Facilitate onboarding trainings, including role plays.
• Administer readiness checks and document progress.
• Coordinate with Field Readiness Manager and coaches for cohort health.
• Ensure readiness from training to field placement.
