Job summary

Road & Rail Services is seeking a Railroad Track Maintenance Supervisor to oversee field activities across multiple local sites in the Mulberry, Florida area. This role balances hands-on supervision with administrative duties to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused track maintenance work.

You will lead foremen and crews, coordinate staffing and equipment, and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and customers to address service needs and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with railroad track maintenance, construction, repair, or similar rail operations.
• Previous leadership experience supervising employees, crews, foremen, or field operations.
• Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activity across multiple local sites and support foremen and crews with resources, direction, and accountability.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, equipment, work priorities, and customer needs across locations.
• Complete operational reporting, maintain documentation, and support accurate billing and work tracking.
• Partner with the Senior Project Manager and customers to address service needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to expand existing work or develop new business.
