Job summary

TechFlow, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Quality Manager to support checked baggage maintenance at US airports. This role is home-based with up to 75% travel, serving as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing field support personnel on a logistics, data analytics or similar program.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and excellent writing skills.
• Experience collecting, analyzing and organizing data to identify and drive preferred results.
• Ability to attain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage field support personnel to ensure program performance requirements are met while providing customer service as the POC for issue resolution.
• Liaise between Field Quality Director, customer, and airport stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent compliance to contract regulations.
• Provide support to field operations in achieving division goals while complying with regulatory requirements and driving improvements in airport operations.
• Develop and foster a philosophy of continuous improvement across the region.
• Implement and promote the philosophy that compliance in quality, safety, and training is essential to operations.
• Audit OEM field team performance, drive PM schedule, and improve program performance.
• Analyze data for deviations from contract requirements and develop preventive actions.
• Prepare, edit, and revise procedures based on changes in regulatory requirements.
• Communicate up and down the organization and prepare briefings for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Conduct regular meetings with customer management and TechFlow quality staff to monitor progress.
• Identify and nurture cost savings and revenue opportunities.
