Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Traveling Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities across the Gadsden area and nearby sites.

The role requires manufacturing leadership experience, a focus on quality standards and safety, and the ability to train and coach team members while building strong customer relationships. Local travel to client facilities is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising quality inspectors or similar teams.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Train and coach team members
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects
