Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. You will supervise inspectors, ensure products meet quality standards, and train staff.

Travel locally to customer sites is required, with a focus on safety and communication with clients. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of building productive teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising teams of Quality Inspectors.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
