Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities across Gadsden, Steel, Rainsville and Talladega areas. The role involves local travel and hands-on leadership to ensure products meet quality standards and safety requirements.

The candidate will train and coach inspectors, develop project work instructions, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
