Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, working with teams, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

You will supervise inspectors on site, train and coach staff, communicate with customers, develop work instructions, and oversee project setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing leadership preferred.
• Experience supervising teams at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Train and coach team members
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
