Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Roaming Quality Inspector in Baltimore, MD to conduct quality inspections across project sites and document findings with corrective actions. This role requires frequent travel and a valid driver’s license.

You will read and apply contract requirements, collaborate with project teams, and ensure quality standards are met. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality control experience in custodial, facilities, or similar service environments.
• Valid driver’s license held for 3+ years and willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong analytical and contract interpretation skills.

Roaming Quality Inspector

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Location: Baltimore, MD

What you bring

• 3–5 years of quality control experience in custodial, facilities, or a similar service environment
• A valid driver's license (held 3+ years) and comfort with frequent travel
• Sharp analytical skills and the confidence to read and apply complex contract requirements
• A collaborative, positive attitude — and genuine respect for the people you'll serve
