Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a field-based Quality Control Inspector in the Carson, CA area. The role is primarily onsite with contract manufacturers in Carson, with some travel to additional sites as needed.

You will oversee CM operations to ensure finished products meet internal quality, compliance and presentation standards before release to market, serving as the key liaison between the brand and its manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• Performs on-site inspections at CM sites.
• Performs AQL sampling.
• Performs physical and functional testing (torque, leakage, aesthetics).
• Ensures compliance oversight and GMP ISO 22716.
• Manages non-conformances.
• Maintains digital inspection logs and reporting.
• Requires 4+ years QA experience in personal care/cosmetics/pharma/food & beverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CM operations to ensure products meet quality, compliance and presentation standards before release.
• Act as liaison between brand and manufacturing partners.
• Provide real-time production oversight.
