Job summary

Chemical Guys in Fontana, CA is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet quality standards from inbound materials to finished goods. You will oversee in-house quality control, perform investigations, and support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation with a spirit of continuous improvement.

Key duties include conducting in-house investigations across raw chemicals, finished goods, components, and equipment; maintaining non-conformance logs; supporting KPI metrics; and

Responsibilities

• Perform in-house investigations to ensure adherence to internal standards across the following categories: Raw chemicals, finished goods, components, machines, accessories, etc.
• Perform timely escalations with strong communication skills using appropriate terminology
• Work alongside the Quality Lead in maintaining a non-conformance log & providing metrics to support KPIs
• Execute & document unique projects from testing of new components to the execution of E&O exercises
• Adhere to basic principles of GLP & cGMP to expand these practices department wide.
• Perform product assessments, including but not limited to: color, odor, appearance, pH, viscosity
