Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ yrs experience in Quality Control and inspection.
• Proficiency using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Comfort inspecting on machine and parts throughout manufacturing.
• Understanding GDP, cGMP, and QMS standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience generating inspection reports and nonconformance documentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or similar and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing for FAI, IQC, IPQC, and FQC across the process.
• Generate detailed inspection data sheets per cGMP and QMS requirements.
• Document inspection results and compile certification packages.
• Review build documentation and data packages for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and generate nonconformance reports.
• Use standard inspection tools to ensure precise measurements.
• Verify calibration and qualification of inspection equipment.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct visual inspections for defects in materials and finished products.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized quality records and inspection documentation.
• Report quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and perform duties safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
