Job summary

Chemical Guys in Fontana, CA is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet quality standards from inbound to finished goods. You will oversee QC processes in-house and collaborate with the Quality Control Lead on investigations and CAPA as part of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include conducting in-house investigations across raw chemicals, finished goods, and components; maintaining a non-conformance log; supporting KPI metrics; and performing product assessments such as

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control or investigations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain documentation and logs.
• Familiarity with GLP/cGMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-house investigations to ensure adherence to internal standards across raw chemicals, finished goods, components, machines, accessories, etc.
• Perform timely escalations with strong communication skills using appropriate terminology.
• Work alongside the Quality Lead in maintaining a non-conformance log and providing metrics to support KPIs.
• Execute and document projects from testing of new components to the execution of E&O exercises.
• Adhere to GLP and cGMP to expand these practices department wide.
• Perform product assessments including color, odor, appearance, pH, viscosity.
