Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3-5 years in inspection or materials testing.
• Certification as a Special Inspector (ICC/NICET/ACI/AWS/Caltrans) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and material testing per project specifications.
• Document findings and report deficiencies to project manager.
• Perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
• Ensure proper testing procedures and calibrated equipment.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain records.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure compliance.
• Promote safety and comply with OSHA regulations.
