Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a field-quality professional for utility-scale renewable energy projects. You will scrutinize ongoing construction to ensure drawings, specs, codes, and project quality plans are followed, across PV, BESS, wind, and substation builds.

Three-plus years in construction or quality is expected. You’ll read drawings, track issues from discovery to resolution, and collaborate with Site Quality and Safety teams to keep quality and safety aligned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related construction or quality experience.
• Ability to read drawings and understand quality requirements.
• Able to document and communicate inspections clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting construction as it moves through each phase and identifying deficiencies early.
• Reading drawings, specifications, contract exhibits, and quality requirements.
