Thatchers Cider is seeking a Quality Dispense Technician to install, repair and maintain dispense equipment at licensed premises on a remote patch. You will deliver exceptional customer service and solve problems while organizing your own diary with full training provided.

As a remote worker you will manage flexible schedules and travel within your patch, using a company van and standard tools. No prior experience is required—training starts on day one.

• Excellent time management and diary organization, especially for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain Thatchers Cider dispense equipment at licensed premises on your patch.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving to customers.
• Manage your diary and schedule independently while working remotely.
• Use supplied tools and tablets to record work and service notes.
