Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC. is seeking a Technician I Quality Control Field to perform field inspections, verify installations meet standards, and support documentation and reporting for ongoing projects.

The role requires 1–3 years in underground utility construction, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to work in variable weather. This is a hybrid, field-facing position with opportunities to grow within Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years in underground utility construction.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must have valid US driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, or on-call.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review active construction projects in the field and ensure site cleanup and close-out documentation is fulfilled.
• Ensure work meets Pauley’s requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Verify CORE documentation matches completed LCS and customer requirements; report issues to market leadership.
• Make minor field corrections to installations if issues are identified.
• Transport small materials to field crews and assist as needed.
• Operate and report via computer applications; perform other duties as assigned.
