Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform material testing on concrete and asphalt at various Wisconsin project sites. You will take measurements, document results, and help ensure road construction meets high standards while working outdoors with a safety-conscious team.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, reliable, and comfortable with variable schedules and outdoor conditions. Training is provided to develop technical skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate in outdoor construction sites.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and varying schedules.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly as part of job duties.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in measurements.
• Reliable, punctual teammate who contributes to a safe work environment.
