Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction quality programs.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background checks.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QASP per FAR and CQM requirements.
• Perform daily quality inspections and document progress against standards.
• Oversee QC meetings with project stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and materials for conformance.
• Coordinate with field teams and government reps on non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation including NCRs and test results.
• Collaborate with safety and project controls to ensure integrated compliance.
• Ensure testing is performed by qualified personnel and approved labs.
• Participate in meetings, audits, and final inspections.
• Identify quality trends and drive process improvements.
