Job summary

Holifield Pest Management / Clanton Pest Control in Mississippi is seeking a Field Quality & Performance Manager to lead service quality improvements and coach technicians. The role requires travel across service areas and a focus on accountability with fairness.

You will guide performance, train staff, and collaborate with leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and field operations. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

We are hiring a field leader who knows pest control, can coach technicians, and will hold people accountable with consistency and fairness. This position will help improve service quality, technician performance, and customer satisfaction across Holifield Pest Management and Clanton Pest Control.
