Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Tucson seeks a Commercial Service Manager to lead and coach the Commercial Pest Control team, oversee field operations, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Lead by example, manage CRM and PestPac workflows, and uphold safety and service standards while driving growth and quality across commercial services.

Qualifications

• Valid state Certified Applicator License.
• At least 2 years of technician experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and PestPac.
• Ability to manage daily field operations.
• Maintenance of service vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Commercial Pest Control Technicians.
• Oversee daily field operations across Commercial department.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate customer needs and provide effective service solutions.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records and required reports.
• Support technician training, development, and performance.
• Ensure technicians follow company safety and service standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Commercial Pest Control Technicians

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have at least 2 years of technician experience
• Hold a valid state Certified Applicator License
• Have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Can manage daily field operations
• Are comfortable using CRM systems, PestPac, and mobile tools
• Have experience maintaining service vehicles and equipment
