Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other QHSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and non-compliance related to QHSE.
• Assist in development and enforcement of site-specific QHSE plans and procedures.
• Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain records of QHSE documentation, permits, inspections, and training.
• Monitor environmental regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with management and workers to promote safety culture.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and safety equipment.
• Participate in emergency drills and emergency response situations.
