Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform heavy outdoor tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours and irregular schedules.
• Willingness to pass drug/alcohol pre-placement exams and annual checks.

Responsibilities

• Test plastic properties of freshly batched concrete.
• Monitor batching of concrete across plants and job sites.
• Monitor concrete placement on job sites.
• Report on duties and performance.
• Assist operations and sales teams by adjusting mixtures based on tests.
