Job summary

Amrize is seeking a QA Technical Representative for the Service Crew in Saginaw, MI. This full-time, salary position includes a cell phone, tablet and expense account. The role focuses on inspecting roof installations, issuing warranties, performing repairs, and training contractors in proper installation practices.

Travel is required, with 2 weeks per month outside Michigan. A strong background in commercial roofing and QA is expected, along with excellent communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in commercial low slope roofing is highly desirable.
• Two to four years previous experience in construction, quality assurance, and roof inspections is highly desirable.
• Strong motivation, organization, and time management are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Physically inspect roof installations for quality and workmanship.
• Issue the roof warranty in accordance with the Duro-Last specifications.
• Make repairs to Duro-Last roofs.
• Conduct on-site training classes and guide contractors in proper roof installation.
• Provide support to Duro-Last contractors and sales reps in territory.
• Schedule inspections and repairs and prepare warranty reports.
