Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking QA/QC Inspectors for construction and maintenance projects across the western locations. The role emphasizes meticulous inspections to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while ensuring project efficiency and reliability. Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in QA/QC in electrical utility industry.
• Certifications such as ISO9001, CQI, ISO, ICC, ACI are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed QA/QC inspections of construction components (foundations, steel structures, electrical equipment, grounding systems).
• Perform QA/QC testing and inspections per contract requirements and company practices.
• Inspect conduit installations for plan/spec conformance and verify material submittals.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC inspection reports and logs.
• Communicate inspection results to project stakeholders and maintain thorough documentation.
• Lead QA/QC meetings and contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
