Job summary

EMR Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to work outdoors and help ensure safe, high‑quality loads. You will inspect loads for debris and direct all truck traffic within the facility, while engaging with diverse teams in changing weather conditions.

The role emphasizes safety, keen attention to detail, and strong customer service. Evening and weekend availability may be required, with on‑the‑job training and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED-equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from outdoor work sites.
• Ability to operate basic computer systems and record checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect loads to ensure materials are free from debris.
• Perform quality checks to prevent hazardous materials from entering processing.
• Direct site traffic for all trucks entering and leaving the facility.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
