Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Pump Technician to ensure field and inventory units are in optimal condition. Travel to customer sites for repairs and routine maintenance, with strict adherence to safety protocols and a pre-employment drug screen.

The role involves field repairs, yard tasks, equipment disassembly, and thorough documentation of repairs. Welding experience and MEC certification are valued, along with a valid driver’s license and forklift certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory control or field service experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Must obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC).
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Experience in the rental/pump industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to maintain and repair equipment on site.
• Support yard operations by cleaning and repairing rental equipment.
• Disassemble, evaluate, and repair rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and any additional repairs needed.
• Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
