Ideal candidates have 2 years in mechanical/maintenance crafts, completed competencies, and basic welding skills. A 24/7 operation with shifting and safety training awaits the right person.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in mechanical/maintenance crafts or equivalent.
• Academic and practical competencies completed and demonstrated.
• FPM Diagnostic Mechanic I: 35% score on written assessment where required and basic welding skills.
• HEM Diagnostic Mechanic I: Practical Skills Assessments in LOP.
• Shovel/Drill Diagnostic Mechanic I: Practical Skills Assessments in LOP.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance activities.
• Complete Work Orders and maintenance documentation.
• Repair, install, fabricate, rebuild, and perform preventative maintenance of process equipment (pumps, conveyors, dryers, gearboxes, filters).
• Operate cranes and understand safe rigging practices.
• Follow MSHA/OSHA rules, environmental rules, SOPs, and safety practices.
