Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Physical ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds and walk in/around facilities with outdoor exposure up to 50% of time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of the daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Work independently at multiple locations and spend time both inside and outside.
