Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a proactive Property Manager who will operate across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

You will also manage cash drawers, deposits, and customer payments, with occasional travel between properties using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed). A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in sales environments is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash drawers and deposits accurately.
• Valid driver's license required; willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections as needed.
