CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in West Phoenix, AZ, is seeking independent contractors to perform residential property inspections as 1099 partners. Work outdoors, set your own schedule, build your own route, and use your own team if you have them.

Inspections include exterior, with occasional interior follow-ups, paid per inspection on a monthly basis. You'll communicate professionally with homeowners, capture photos via a mobile app, and deliver timely, accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
