CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector is seeking motivated individuals in State College, PA to perform exterior property inspections, with occasional interior checks. This 1099 independent contractor role lets you set your own hours, travel to sites, and use your own resources to build a route.

You'll communicate with homeowners, capture photos with an app, and deliver timely, professional service. Work window is 8am-sunset, Mon-Sat, with payments made monthly per completed inspection.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
