• Travel to properties to complete exterior property inspections (and occasional interior)
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections in advance
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
