Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in San Mateo, CA seeks motivated, detail-oriented business owners to perform residential property inspections as independent contractors. You will travel to properties, inspect exterior (and occasional interior), and communicate findings through our mobile app.

Set your own schedule, build your own route, and use your own associates if desired. This is a 1099 contractor role with payment per completed inspection and a monthly settlement.

Qualifications

• Motivated and detail-oriented individuals who own or want to operate their own business in San Mateo, CA.
• Experience as an independent contractor is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
