Qualifications

• High School graduate/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Real estate and/or appraisal experience preferred.
• Ability to visualize floor-plan footprints based on three-dimensional buildings.
• Must provide reliable transportation and carry personal liability insurance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Physically walk around properties and examine buildings.
• Verify property location using field documents.
• Accurately record property characteristics and dimensions.
• Communicate professionally with the public.
• Assist in the training of new Listers.
