Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Property Data Collector to support residential property records through field inspections and data capture. You will travel between sites to measure and photograph exteriors, verify details, and update records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tech savvy and capable with field data tools
• 1 year of residential data collection experience beneficial
• Ability to read maps and locate properties

Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify property images and data to ensure records reflect current characteristics
• Update property records as needed for completeness and accuracy
• Travel to property locations and perform on-site inspections
• Measure exteriors, record square footage, angles, and dimensions
• Capture clear digital images of properties and improvements
• Update data on building conditions and maintain production logs
• Communicate with the public, explain visit purpose, and address inquiries
