Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Field Assessor to perform field assessments and QA/QC inspections of building systems at client sites across the region.

Responsibilities include data collection, reporting, and identifying deficiencies in electrical, mechanical, fire & life safety, and structural components. The role requires extensive travel up to 75%, clear communication of findings to clients, and adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments preferred.
• Excellent written communication and ability to convey technical issues clearly in reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site regional building assessments.
• Collect and document data using electronic or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports with findings and photographs.
• Communicate results to stakeholders.
• Follow safety standards and travel policies.
