Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as outside adjuster.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and estimating software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to customers' homes and handle virtual claims countrywide effectively.

Responsabilités

• Travel to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections and settle claims.
• Handle virtual claims countrywide using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
• Investigate coverage by reviewing damage and policy terms.
• Communicate with customers to provide a fast, fair claims process.
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors and third parties.
• Document thoroughly in claims system and maintain accurate records.
