Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Field Support Administrator to plan, coordinate, and support construction of Outside Plant fiber infrastructure, including FTTx and GPON. You will partner with Field Operations, Engineering, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery across projects.

Requirements include 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction or project coordination, experience with fiber deployments, and travel 30–40% with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction, engineering support, or project coordination.
• Experience with fiber deployments (FTTx, GPON) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of underground, buried, and aerial fiber construction and engineering prints.
• Ability to travel 30–40% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Field Operations and contractors to plan, execute, and restore projects.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation through invoicing and completion.
• Ensure activities align with timelines, scope, and standards.
• Inspect work prints and verify adherence to designs and safety standards.
• Provide field feedback to improve design effectiveness and constructability.
• Review contractor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
