Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a Field Support Administrator to plan, coordinate, and support construction projects for open-access fiber infrastructure (FTTx, GPON). The role partners with Field Operations, Engineering, contractors, and project management to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Telecommunications or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction, engineering support, or project coordination.
• Experience with fiber deployments (FTTx, GPON) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fiber construction, engineering prints, and compliance standards.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Field Operations and contractors to support project planning, execution, and restoration.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through invoicing/completion.
• Ensure activities align with timelines, scope, and company standards.
• Inspect site progress and verify quality of work by internal teams and contractors.
• Review engineering prints and installation procedures; provide field feedback.
• Support contract compliance and review contractor invoices for accuracy.
