Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Associate Construction Project Manager to support substation construction projects nationwide.

Under supervision, you will plan, organize, and implement project management activities, coordinate with field teams and stakeholders, and help track budgets, schedules, and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in CM/Engineering, 0–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to travel for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 0–3 years of related experience, substation or data center projects preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide for long-term onsite assignments.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Assist Project Manager in managing projects under supervision.
• Support development and tracking of project performance metrics, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation including cost reporting, budgeting, and scheduling.
