LAUKOA is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead diverse projects from initiation to completion in Hawaii. You will identify resources, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate staff and subcontractors, and ensure safe field execution while delivering high-quality results to clients and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to review and edit reports and proposals.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to delegate work and handle multiple projects.
• Ability to control and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and procedures while performing tasks.
• Coordinates and supervises project staff and subcontracted workers.
• Generates quality of work product per quality control protocols.
• Prepares reports for upper management on project status.
• Prepares proposals for future work.
• Cultivates and maintains contacts with clients and regulatory personnel.
• Trains and mentors lower-level staff.
• Tracks schedules and budgets toward profitable, on-time delivery.
• Performs risk analysis using deterministic and probabilistic methods.
