Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of construction management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and urgent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; proficient with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate staff to manage end-to-end construction projects.
• Develop estimates, proposals, and schedules of values from awarded work.
• Prepare and issue subcontract bid packages within budget.
• Maintain project schedules, safety plans, and quality control.
• Lead project meetings and report to stakeholders; supervise project team.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and close-out procedures.
