Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead pipeline projects that support system integrity, regulatory compliance, and long-term growth. You will assemble cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety and documentation standards are met.

The role emphasizes project controls, accurate cost estimates, spending oversight, and on-time delivery with attention to financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years in Project/Construction Management; 5+ years in Pipeline/Oil/Gas/Energy.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong financial acumen to forecast expenditures and manage budgets.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, inspection standards, safety protocols, and pipeline operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Colonial Pipeline experience is a plus (3 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional internal teams and contractors to deliver maintenance and construction projects.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Create detailed project designs, specifications, and documentation.
• Track cost, schedule, and quality; proactively resolve issues.
