The Seattle Roofing Company is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead field operations from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every site. You’ll coordinate crews, materials, and expectations with the sales team while building the company’s reputation in the neighborhood.

Ideal candidates will manage site setup, canvassing, and documentation (photos and drone video), while identifying change orders and communicating them to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing roofing or field projects.
• Strong safety program adherence.
• Ability to coordinate crews and materials.
• Excellent client communication and expectations management.
• Comfort with coordinating with sales and capturing change orders.
• Willingness to generate new leads in the field.

Responsibilities

• Run job sites from start to finish — safety, materials, crew coordination, and clean up
• Coordinate with the sales team on client expectations and fulfillment
• Set up job sites — banners, yard signs, and neighborhood presence
• Perform a six-pack canvass in the neighborhood on every job (training provided)
• Document every stage of every job — photos and drone video
• Identify change orders and communicate them to the client and operations
• Maintain a clean, professional truck and trailer — you represent the company
• Generate leads in the field and earn bonuses for every one you bring in
