The Seattle Roofing Company is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead field operations from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every site. You’ll coordinate crews, materials, and expectations with the sales team while building the company’s reputation in the neighborhood.
Ideal candidates will manage site setup, canvassing, and documentation (photos and drone video), while identifying change orders and communicating them to leadership.
With 147 days of rain per year, this region demands craftsmanship, systems, and professionalism that most contractors can't deliver. We are growing fast — and we are building a team of high-character, high-performance people who want to grow with us. The Project Manager is the face of The Seattle Roofing Company in the field. You set the tone on every job site — for safety, for quality, for client experience, and for the brand.
You are not just managing a job — you are building relationships that turn one project into the next.
This role pays a strong base with real bonus upside built in. Every job generates approximately 50% more in revenue than the original contract. Simply by identifying what is there and reporting it, a Project Manager can earn $100–$500+ in change order bonuses per job — on top of base pay.
You are a joy to be around — your energy lifts the crew and impresses the client
You build relationships naturally — with clients, vendors, and crew members
You take ownership — the job site is yours and you treat it that way
You are a valuable asset and you know it — but you stay hungry
We are building fast and we are hiring now.
