Job summary

Nexus Integrity Management, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project scope, schedule, and budget with a focus on proactive communication across clients, foremen, and executives. You will coordinate field operations and logistics, ensuring on-site work meets quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include material ordering, mobilization planning, time-sheet reviews, invoicing support, and mentoring Assistant PMs. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• PM experience: 3 years minimum.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Strong client communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scope, schedule, and budget for each job.
• Proactive and frequent communication with client, foremen, VP, and vendors.
• Order materials and manage site logistics.
• Schedule technicians and coordinate mobilization/demobilization.
• Review time sheets and assist invoicing.
• Lead problem solving on-site and mentor Assistant PMs.
