Job summary

UFP Site Built is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with primary field work and minimal in-office time. You will coordinate with customers and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role emphasizes field leadership, problem-solving on-site, and proactive communication to drive customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction or related field.
• Manufacturing or prefabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Customer Champion: maintain and grow client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Own the Jobsite: visit project sites, resolve issues, ensure quality delivery.
• Drive Innovation: provide market feedback to shape product enhancements and services.
• Collaborate & Support: work with Account Managers to promote product lines and support sales across the region.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: monitor market trends and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.
• Keep It Moving: manage job setups and pre-con meetings for smooth execution.
